Request for medical assistance: When you or a family member shows signs of suspected Covid-19 infection without conditions to move or for some reason cannot go to a medical examination and treatment facility, use this function so that medical staff can provide timely information and support at the place of residence.

3. Protect yourself: Provide relevant information to help people understand the Covid-19 virus, forms of manifestation, methods of infection and especially guide proactive ways to prevent and ensure their health.

4. Q&A: Users can send any questions related to the Covid-19 epidemic for state agencies to answer correctly, and this Q&A results will publicly help the Hue-S community better understand the epidemic situation in Thua Thien Hue province.

5. Mainstream news: Aggregate information from mainstream newspapers, but the newsletter ensures accuracy so that people can access information more securely.

6. Misinformation: Synthesizing information spread online does not ensure accuracy, causing confusion in society to help people understand correctly and prevent false information.
